Special Projects Coordinator

Patricia Dillman has worked with NICCLLC since its incorporation in 2002.  Her projects include documentation services, as well as coordination of special projects, ranging from trend reports to event planning.  Prior to NICCLLC, she worked as Admin Support for 8 years at the Red Lobster Culinary Center for Darden Restaurants. At the Culinary Center, she supported all restaurants on providing proper training procedures and assisted marketing on planning future promotions and menu changes. Patricia also aided the culinary team in developing recipes and concepts.

Throughout her career, Patricia has held a variety of admin positions beginning with the Nielsen Company and CBS Magazines in Manhattan, where she lived and worked for 4 years.  One of her more interesting positions was with Donald Senterfitt, who as Orange County Attorney, helped pave the path for Martin Marietta and Disney to come to Orlando. Much of his vision is reflected in the growth and development of Orlando from a sleepy citrus town to the hospitality powerhouse it is today.

Patricia now lives in Lake Mary, Florida with her husband, Frank, and their two dogs.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, travelling, and going to movies, the beach and Universal Studios.
